DMGB-60B型臭氧餐具消毒柜对微生物杀灭效果的试验观察 被引量:4

摘要 所测消毒柜开机40min,柜内臭氧浓度达7747mg/m3。在柜内未放餐具时,对悬挂的滤纸片上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌开机作用30min,对白色念珠菌作用90min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用120min,杀灭率均达100%。对不锈钢片上HBsAg作用60min,可将其抗原性完全破坏。 The ozone concentration in the disinfector after operation of the disinfector for 40 min attained 7747 mg/m3. When no tableware was in the disinfector, the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on filter paper hanged in the disinfector exposed to operation of the disinfector for 30 min, and that of Candida albicans exposed for 90 min and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spore exposed for 120 min were 100%. Exposure of HBsAg on stainless steel for 60 min could destroy completely its antigenicity.
