摘要
改进了1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(DBDMH)的经典合成工艺,提出用NaHCO3代替NaOH进行复方DBDMH水溶液的制备,采用正交试验对其合成工艺参数进行了优化,得到了一组较适宜的工艺条件:反应温度8℃,NaHCO3/DMH(摩尔比)为3,加溴速度为3mol/h。用自制复方DBDMH水溶液对污水样进行杀菌以及对小球藻进行灭藻实验表明:复方DBDMH有着良好的杀菌灭藻性能。10mg/LDBDMH对含菌数为5×1010个/mL污水样作用3h,杀菌率为99 85%;30mg/LDBDMH作用9h,可使污水样中的菌数达到我国饮用水标准;20mg/LDBDMH对小球藻的杀灭率达97 5%;能有效控制叶绿素的生长。
The classical synthetic technology for 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin(DBDMH) was improved by preparing compound DBDMH aqueous solution with NaHCO_3 instead of using NaOH.The preferable technological conditions were reached as: the reaction temperature is 8℃, the ratio of NaHCO_3 to DMH is 3 and the speed of adding Br_2 is 3mol/h. The results of disinfection by proposed compound 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin aqueous solution to polluted water and chlorella showed that: Composite DBDMH can effectively kill bacteria and algae. The killing rates of polluted water containing 5×10^(10)number of bacteria/mL is 99.85% after exposure to its solution containing 10 mg/L DBDMH. The polluted water sample can reach the standard of drinking water after exposure to its solution containing 30 mg/L DBDMH. The killing rates to small round algae can reach 97.5% after exposure to its solution containing 20 mg/L DBDMH, which can effectively control the growing of chlorophyll.
