摘要
向人血浆中加入1μmol/L亚甲蓝,以10000lx强度的溴钨灯光照射5min,可灭活1065TCID50的水泡性口炎病毒与10741TCID50的辛德毕斯病毒;作用2min可灭活10509TCID50的人免疫缺陷1型病毒。但作用60min仍不能破坏HBsAg抗原性。
Experimental observation on efficacy of combination of methylene blue and light irratiation (methylene blue photodynamic method) in inactivating the viruses in human plasma in vitro was carried out in laboratory. Adding methylene blue 1 mol/L to human plasma and irradiation with the light from bromine tungsten lamp at 10 000 lx intensity for 5 min could inactivate 1065TCID50of vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) and 10741TCID50of Sindbis virus (SV). Exposure for 2 min could inactivate 105.09TCID50of HIV-1, while the inactivating efficacy of either methylene blue or light alone was very low. However, this combination with a 60 min exposure time had no obvious destructive effect on HBsAg antigenicity.
