摘要 为研究精氨酸对烧伤的治疗作用,将精氨酸用于20%TBSA深Ⅱ度烧伤大鼠的随机对照实验,伤后定时进行创面愈合情况、细胞免疫水平及氮平衡的各项指标的检测。结果显示:实验组创面愈合情况好于对照组,细胞免疫水平的恢复比对照组快,并取得了正氮平衡。由此提示:大鼠烧伤后补充外源性精氨酸可产生促进创面愈合,减轻伤后免疫抑制及增进蛋白质合成的有益效果。 To investigate the therapeutic effect of arginine on burn, a randomized controlled trial in 20% TBSA deep partialthickness burned rats was designed. The rats' wound healing, cellular immunity and nitrogen balance were evaluated at appointed positburn days. The results showed that the arginine group got better wound healing and faster recovery of cellular immunity, and achieved positive nitrogen balance. These suggest that supplement of exogenous arginine after burn may be beneficial to the victim in promoting wound healing, reducing postburn immune suppression and enhancing anabolism of protein.
