摘要
【目的]探讨七氟醚预处理延迟相对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注(IR)损伤的保护作用。【方法】将18只健康成年雄性大鼠随机分成3组:假手术组(C组)、缺血再灌注组(IR组)和七氟醚组(S组)。C组仅开胸并分离冠状动脉左前降支,但不阻断血流150min;IR组行冠状动脉左前降支阻断30min,再灌注120min;S组予以吸入2.5%七氟醚1h,24h后同IR组处理。各组分别于缺血前10min(T0),缺血30min(T1),再灌注30min(T2),再灌注60min(T3),再灌注120min(T4)五个时点记录血流动力学变化。再灌注结束后测心梗面积。【结果】与IR组比,S组血流动力学改善,心肌梗死面积减少(P〈0.05)。【结论】七氟醚预处理延迟相对大鼠IR心肌具有保护作用。
[Objective] To investigate the role of sevoflurane delayed preconditioning in the protection of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. [Methods] Eighteen healthy adult male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups including sham operation group(group C), ischemia reperfusion group(group IR) and sevoflurane group(group S). Group C underwent thoracotomy and the separation of left anterior descending coronary artery, and did not occlude the blood flow for 150min. Group IR underwent the occlusion of left anterior descending coronary artery for 30min and the reperfusion for 120min. Group S was given with the inhalation of 2.5 % sevoflurane for lh and treated with the same method as group IR after 24h. Hemodynamics changes were measured at 10min before occlusion(T0 ), 30rain after occlusion(T1 ), 30min after reperfusion(T2 ), 60min after reperfusion(T3 ) and 120min after reperfusion(T4). At the end of the reperfusion, myocardial infarct size was measured. [Results]Compared with group IR, the hemodynamics in group S was improved and the myocardial infarct size decreased ( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion]Sevoflurane delayed preconditioning has the cardioprotection against ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.
