摘要
房水流出受阻是导致原发性开角型青光眼（ＰＯＡＧ）发生发展的重要因素之一。回顾了大量文献，从压力敏感性、年龄因素、细胞外基质（ＥＣＭ）的改变及生长因子的作用等４个方面对影响房水流出的因素进行了详尽的综述，以期为ＰＯＡＧ的基础研究提供实验性探讨的方向。
Theobstructionofaqueousoutflowisoneofthemostimportantfactleadingtoprimaryopenangleglaucoma(POAG).Theauthorreviewedagreatamountofliteraturestosummarizethe fourmainaspectswhichaffectaqueousoutflow:pressuresensitivity,agerelationship,extracellularmatrix(ECM) andaqueous growthfactors.HopethatthisarticlewouldbemorehelpfulforthefurthurbasicresearchonPOAG.
