摘要近年来随着生活水平及环境因素的改变，女性乳腺肿瘤的发病率逐年增高。越来越多的临床不可触及乳腺病灶（nonpalpable breast lesion，NPBL）通过影像学检查被检出。我科自2008年1月至2010年6月对39例51处不可触及的乳腺病灶行超声引导下麦默通（Mammotome，MMT）微创旋切活检术，取得良好效果，报告如下。
