摘要
目的评价透明角膜隧道切口白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术的手术疗效。方法采用上方角膜内０．５ｍｍ隧道切口，对６４眼行白内障超声乳化摘出折叠人工晶状体植入术。结果术后１天、１周、１月视力大于０．５者分别为７８％、８６％、８７％。术后散光变化小于０．５Ｄ。结论术式切口自闭性好，术后视力恢复快，散光轻，并发症少，实为一种有前途的手术方法。
ObjectiveToevaluatethecurative effectofphacoemulsificationandfoldableIOLimplantationwithtransparentcornealtunnelincision.MethodsA tunnel incision with 3.5 mm width and 1.75 mm length was made in the upper side 0.5 mm from the cornea.PhacoemulsificationandfoldableIOLimplantationwasperformedon64eyes.ResultsPostoperative1 d,oneweekandonemonth,visualacuityover0.5was78%,86%and87%,respectively.Thechangeofastigmatismwasbelow0.5Dafteroperation.ConclusionThisoperationhasagoodselfclosingincision.Visualacuityrecoversrapidlyaftersurgerywithlowcornealastigmatismandfewcomplications.Thisoperationwillbemoreusefulinthefuture.
