摘要
目的:评价反眉形自封闭白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的效果.方法:近成熟期至过熟期老年性白内障患者45例行巩膜隧道切口,外切口距角膜缘1～3mm,弦长6～7mm,内切口达角膜缘内2～3mm的透明角膜处,环形撕囊或信封式截囊,水分离,隧道刀扩大内切口至8～10mm,水加压法使核娩出,植入光学部分为5.5～6.0mm的PMMA人工晶状体,切口不缝合或缝合1针.结果:术后1wk内裸眼视力＞0.5者44例占88%.反眉形自封闭白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入无虹膜脱出,术后未发生切口渗漏或浅前房.结论:本手术有利于预防并发症,手术费用低.
AIM： To evaluate the effect of counter eyebrow form and self-closure cataract excision combined with intraocular lens implantation. METHODS： Sclera tunnel incision was operated on 45 age-related cataract cases （nearly mature or hypermature stage）, with a distance of 1-3rnrn between the external incision and the lirnbus. The string of the incision was 6mm-7mm long. The internal incision reached the position of the transparent cornea, 2-3 rnrn within the lirnbus. The aqueous humor was separated from the ring-form or the envelop-form sac. The internal incision was enlarged to 8-10 rnrn by the tunnel blade and the core was discharged with the method of water raising pressure. The implantation part was PAMA artificial Intraocular Lens 5.5-6.0 rnrn long without suture or with only one suture. RESULTS： Naked eyesight of 44 cases exceeded 0.5,which occupied 88% of the total number. There was no iris discharge during the operation and incision leak or shallow anterior chamber after the operation. CONCLUSION： The operation can prevent the complications and the cost of it is low, which is fit for China conditions.
