摘要
目的观察玻璃体切割术联合硅油充填治疗人工晶状体眼合并漏斗状视网膜脱离的疗效。方法９例人工晶状体眼合并漏斗状视网膜脱离患者行闭合式扁平部三切口玻璃体切割、内引流及硅油填充。结果８例（８８．８％）视网膜复位，１例因视网膜粘连较重而致复位不良。９例视力均有不同程度提高，最好可达０．２。术后并发症：１例出现一时性高眼压，１例角膜内皮皱褶混浊经治疗短期内恢复。９例随访期内前房均未发现硅油粒。结论人工晶状体眼可起到相似于正常晶状体的屏障作用，防止硅油进入前房，引起并发症，术中使用高质量的纯化硅油十分重要。
ObjectiveToobservethetherapeuticeffectofvitrectomycombinedwithsiliconeoiltamponadeinthetreatmentofpseudophakicfunnelshapedretinaldetachment.Methods9casesofpseudophakicfunnelshapedretinaldetachmentweretreatedwithvitrectomy,internaldrainageofsubretinalfluidandsiliconeoiltamponade.Results8cases(88.8%)werereattached.1caseparticallyfailedofreattachmentduetoseriousretinaladhesion.Thevisualacuitiesofallcaseswereimprovedandthebestacuitywas0.2.ThepostoperativecomplicationsincludedtemporaryhighIOP(1case)andcornealopacitythatrecoveredaftertreatment.Nosiliconeoilwasfoundinanteriorchamberduringfollowupperiod.ConclusionThebarriereffectofIOLissimilartothatoflens,whichpreventssiliconeoilgettingintoanteriorchamber.Itisimportanttousesiliconeoilwithgoodquality.
