摘要
目的观察经玻璃体手术治疗光天性脉络膜缺损合并视网膜脱离的效果。方法玻璃体手术包括环扎、晶状体切除、玻璃体切除、确认裂孔、剥膜、气液交换、内引流、眼内激光、硅油或C_3F_8气体充填。结果1月随访观察15例，100％眼视网膜解剖复位，10眼视力提高。结论对于脉络膜缺损眼玻璃体手术有助于明确视网膜裂孔及视网膜复位。
Objective To report the results of vitreous surgery for retinal de-tachment associated with congenital choroidal coloboma in fifteen eyes.Methods Vitretomy procedures contained scleral buckling technique,lensectomy, excision of the vitreous, identification of break(s), membranepeeling, flnid-air exchange, endodrainage, endolaser photocoagulation, sil-icone oil or C3F8 gas tamponade. Results At 1-month follow-up visit,there were 100% anatomic success and visual acnities of 10 eyes im-proed. Conclusions Vitrectomy procedures are beneficial to make theidentification of retinal breaks and retinal reattachment in choroidalcoloboma eyes.
