Precision Capacitor Charging Power Supply Designed for High Power RSD Pulse System

摘要 研究了用于全固态高压RSD脉冲电源充电用恒流充电电源,推导了串联谐振软开关充电机理,并着重分析了实际电路中影响输出电流值的主要因素。在充电电压值和线形度的控制方面采用高温度稳定性的取样电阻和线性光耦隔离反馈,提高充电电压的幅值精度。基于DSP数字控制器的实验波形验证了CCPS电源在260 ms内将47μF电容库充电到1.6 kV,电压线性度好,谐振槽全程软开关工作,保证了电源的效率和可靠性。最后给出基于该充电电路的RSD放电实验结果,验证了半导体元件及磁元件工作在1.6 kV电压下,开关触发与磁芯饱和的时序配合良好,充电电源的电流输出满足设计要求。 High voltage and high frequency capacitor charging power supply based on serial resonant topology is ana-lyzed.Considering the influence of self-capacitance from transformer and rectifier,the charging current is a decay one.An experiment prototype is completed based on TMS320LF2407A DSP digital control.Experiment waveforms verify the charger operating with a output current of 1 A and charging the 47 μF capacitor to a voltage of 1.6 kV in 260 ms.The output of RSD pulse generator can work firmly with this precision capacitor charging power supply.
