摘要
分析了采用串联谐振电路的高频高压充电电源的工作原理;对锂离子蓄电池组与采用高频全桥逆变器结构的高频高压充电电源之间出现的匹配问题进行了分析,并给出了解决方案;分析了高频逆变器直流段引线电感和逆变开关寄生电感对高频逆变器开关过程的影响,给出了解决方案,并在40kW/10kV/20kHz的充电电源上进行了实验。
The working principle of high frequency high voltage capacitor charging power supply(CCPS) using series resonant circuit is analyzed.And a resolve scheme for the matching problem of lithium accumulator packs and high frequency high voltage CCPS using high frequency full-bridge inverter is presented.The influence of down-lead inductance and parasitic inductance of inverter's switch on the switching process of the high frequency inverter is researched,and some resolve schemes are presented.The experiments are taken on the 40 kW/10 kV/20 kHz CCPS.
