摘要
目的探讨老年心血管病高危者体外血栓与心电图变化关系。方法对５０例６０～７６岁的心脏门诊就诊者进行体外血栓检测。结果３７例呈阳性表现，１３例为阴性，阳性率为７４％。同时与心电图进行对比分析，３７例体外血栓阳性者中有心电图改变的为２８例，而阴性者仅有５例有改变。结论体外血栓阳性者体内有血栓形成倾向，有的患者可出现心电图变化。
Objective To study the relationship of in vitro thrombus and changes of ECG about
senile high risk cases of cardiovascular diseases. Methods Detection of in vitro thrombus
for 50 OPD patients aged 60～76. Results There were 37 positive cases and 13 negative
cases. Positive rate was 74%. Compared results of in vitro thrombus with ECG there were 28
cases showing changes of ECG among 37 positive cases. Conclusion There is possibility of
forming thrombus in the body of positive cases and some may demonstrate ECG changes.
