摘要
大学生创业教育是一项系统工程,而大学生创业能力的培养又是这项系统工程的核心.高等药学院校因其专业的特殊性,在从事大学生创业能力培养的时候,必须因地制宜?.通过对高等药学院校大学生创业能力科学内涵的理解和现状分析,充分发挥药学优势,逐步探索和构建具有药学?特色的大学生创业能力培养的长效机制.
Entrepreneurial education is a systematical engineering,and the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of college students is the core.For their professional specialty,pharmaceutical colleges should be adapted to local conditions when engaging in the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of college students.By understanding the scientific connotation of college students＇ entrepreneurial ability and analyzing the present condition,this paper tries to study and discuss the construction of long-term mechanism of cultivating students＇ entrepreneurship in pharmaceutical colleges with pharmaceutical features by making use of pharmaceutical advantages.
