摘要
介绍了玻璃放电管的工作原理,阐述了一种以玻璃放电管实现快速截止型保护电路,并通过给出的参数对其进行调试。应用玻璃放电管的超快响应速度和光电耦合器的良好隔离性能,即可及时地关断脉宽调制器以及输出高压端,达到了快速保护的目的。
Introduction was made to the working principle of glass discharge tubes. A kind of circuit with glass discharge tubes was described to realize swift cut-off type protection and the circuit was carried out debugging via the given parameters. The super swift response speed of glass discharge tubes and fine isolating performance of photoelectric couplers were applied to break off pulse-width modulator and output high-voltage end to achieve the purpose of swift protection.
