摘要
目的：通过对鼻康复滴剂质量控制方法的研究，为制定鼻康复滴剂的质量标准打下基础。方法：采用薄层色谱法对本品４种药物进行定性鉴别，利用气相色谱法测定了本品中薄荷脑的含量并对结果进行了定量分析。结果：４种药物薄层定性条件合适，斑点清晰，薄荷脑含量测定条件稳定，灵敏度高，测定结果准确，重现性好。结论：本项研究可作为制定鼻康复滴剂的质量标准参考。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a quality standard of Bikangfu nose drops.METHODS:TCL was used to make a quatitative determination in 4 drugs.The content of peppermint oil was determined by GC.RESULTS:4 drugs were determined under favourable TLC condition with clear spots.Peppermint oil content was determined under stable condition with high sensitivity and precise results.CONCLUSION:This study could be the reference quality standard for Bikangfu nose drops.
