摘要
用放射免疫分析方法(RIA)分析了鼠肝、肾匀浆中乳糖化人生长激素(hGH-L)和人生长激素(hGH)的含量,探讨了hGH-L的体内动力学行为,并对该分析测定方法进行了方法学评价。结果表明,hGH-L具有良好的体内动力学特征:其肝摄取总量大于hGH、肾摄取总量远小于hGH,且其肝、肾的清除均快于hGH。该分析方法的灵敏度、回收实验、重复性,稀释线性均符合RIA的质量要求。
The contents of lactosaminated human growth horm one (hGH L) and human growth houmone (hGH) in livers and kidneys of mice are de termined, and evaluated on the RIA. The results demonstrate that the total amoun t of uptake of hGH L is more than hGH in liver, and less than hGH in kidney, an d the remove is faster than hGH in liver and kidney. The sensitivity, recovery o f experiment, repetition character and dilution linear of the method accord with the demands of RIA quality.
