摘要
对600 km/h滚动试验台轨道轮对车轴的结构有两个特殊要求:一是希望车轴有较高的疲劳寿命,保证试验台正常运转;二是轨道轮对两端的轴箱轴承为圆柱滚子单元轴承,对车轴的挠度有比较高的要求,亦即对轴承中心线的同轴度有较高的要求。进行车轴结构设计时,通过合理选择轴身直径、轮座直径、过渡圆弧半径及车轮安装时的有效凸悬量等来保证车轴的疲劳寿命和结构刚度。材料力学的理论计算表明:轨道轮对车轴的刚度完全能满足轴箱轴承安装的需要。
There are two special requirements for the structure of track wheel-sel's axle for rolling test rig of 600 km/h.First,in order to ensure the normal operation of the rig,the axle should be of higher fatigue life;second,the cylindrical roller bearings of the axle-box have a relatively high demand to the deflection of the axle.T oensure the axle fatigue life and structural stiffness,the shaft diameter,wheel seat diameter,the transition radius and the effective volume of convex hanging should be chose precisely.The theoretical calculation of mechanics of materials shows that the stiffness of the axle fully fit to the needs of axle-box bearings' installation.
