摘要
通过对中控集团EPA创新项目的案例分析,基于过程的观点,详尽地探讨了企业该如何进行"选择性"开放式创新,对以往研究进行补充。研究表明,在开放式创新过程中,企业应该根据创新过程中的不同需要不断调整和选择适当的开放对象。在基础研究阶段,企业的开放对象应该侧重于大学以及相关的科研院所;在应用开发和改进阶段,企业的开放对象应该转向同行业的相关企业以及用户;在国际竞争阶段,企业需要加强与政府的合作。
Based on the EPA innovative case of SUPCON group,this paper discusses how to implement successful selective open innovation in view of process.Result shows that during the process of open innovation,enterprises should adjust open objects continuously according to different needs.In the stage of basic research,enterprises should emphasize on the university and research institute;in the stage of application development,enterprises should turn to relative companies and users;in the stage of international competition,enterprises need to cooperate with government.
