摘要
在大量文献阅读基础上,总结出10种企业信息系统成功的影响因素,并根据这10种因素对信息系统项目成功的影响作用分析提出10个假设。利用调研数据对10种影响因素在企业信息系统各微观成长阶段的作用进行实证检验,结果表明在信息系统成长的不同阶段,10种影响因素的作用有明显差异,各阶段的成功影响因素的数量和作用力有很大区别。
Based on literature review,ten kinds of factors which influence information system（IS） success are found out.Ten hypotheses are proposed according to a further analysis on the influential mechanism of these factors.An empirical test is conducted to verify the influences at different stages of IS growth based on questionnaire survey.The result indicates that the influences of the ten kinds of factors are different at different stages of IS growth,and the quantity and effect are also different.
