摘要
分析了企业在应用信息技术过程中表现出来的高阶性、多反馈回路和非线性等动力学系统特性。基于已有研究成果,构建了企业应用信息技术过程的影响因素动力学模型,并对模型中表现的企业应用信息技术过程中的正反馈回路和负反馈回路进行定性讨论。建立了影响因素之间相互作用的模型,分析了模型中单个因素变动对于其他因素的影响。根据结构方程模型,通过对反馈回路和影响因素之间关系的研究,给出了提高企业应用信息技术水平的建议。通过系统动力学的研究,避免了传统方法对于影响因素的线性分析和静态分析,提高了研究成果的指导价值。
Features of application process for information technology in enterprises, including multi-rank, multi-feed- back loops, and non-linear, were analyzed. Based on the existing researches, models of influencing factors on IT application, as well as the reciprocity model among sub factors were constructed, According to these two models, qualitative analyses about the positive feedback loops and negative feedback loops were discussed as well as the reciprocity among influencing factors. By analyzing feedback loop and interrelationships among influencing factors through Structure Equation Model(SEM), suggestions for improving IT application level were provided. Instead of static and linear model, discussion of reciprocity among sub factors increased the value of research results by system dynamic methodology.
