摘要
目的 研究激光角膜原位磨镶术（ＬＡＳＩＫ）前后国人角膜内皮细胞密度和形态的改变，方法 选择无本戴接触镜史的－６．００～－２６．００Ｄ（－１１．８９±４．５８Ｄ）高度近视患眼４１眼进行ＬＡＳＩＫ治疗，按照角膜切削面距离角膜内皮层厚度分别为两组，组１：２８眼为２００～２５０μｍ，组２：１３眼为２５１～３００μｍ，各组患眼于术前和术后第３，１０天，１，３个月观察和分析角膜内皮的细胞祺。
To investigate corneal endothelial changes after LASIK.Methods:This study comprised 41 eyes of high myopia(21 patients )who were not previous contact lens wearers,ranging from-6.00to-26.00D(-11.89+ 4.58D)Eyes were divided into two groups according to the depth measured after the ablation of excime laser:Group I: 28 eyes were 200~250um,Group II:13 eyes were 251~300um.Specular microscopy(Tomey EM-1000) at pre-op\post-op 3 days'10 days 1 month e months and analyze cell density(cells/mm2) coefficient of variation in cell size(CV),and precentage of hexagonal cells(%).Results:Preoperative data were compared with those obained 3 days 10 days 1 monthand 3 months after LASIK.The differences between preoperative and postoperative data were not significant using the sut-dent's paired t test and no statistical correlations were found between the changes in endothelial prameters and the depthmeasured after the ablation of excimer laser(r+0.237,0.002>P0.001)Conclusion:LASIK will not lead to comealendothelial changes in cell density and mophology.It is a safe refractive surgery for correcting high myopia.
