摘要
目的阐明准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)后角膜内皮细胞的密度和核形态变化。方法 22只(40眼)新西兰白兔行-5.5OD,5.5mm 直径的近视 PRK,术后不同时期取角膜进行茜素红—锥蓝染色以观察角膜内皮细胞的密度和核形态。结果 PRK 术后角膜内皮细胞密度及核形态均无显著性改变。结论 PRK 对角膜内皮细胞无损害,是一项安全的矫正近视的方法。
To understand the changes in celldensity and nucleus of endothelium in rabbit eyes following photorefracyive keratectomy(PRK),Excimer Laser PRK for myopia correction of—5.50 diopters with 5.5mm diameter wasperformed in 40 corneas of 22 white Newzealand rabbits Thecorneas were obtained at different time after PRK,stained with Alizarin red S and Trypan blue for the ob- servation of the celldensity and nuccleus of endothelium There were no significant changes in cell density and nucleus of endotheliumafter PRK Therefore,PRK caused no damage to the cornea lendothelium,appeared to be an safe method to correct myopia
