摘要
目的:探讨营养支持对慢性心功能不全(心衰)病人的治疗价值及作用机制。方法:36例慢性心功能不全病人中20例(治疗组)结合TPN进行抗心衰治疗,与16例常规抗心衰治疗者(对照组)在临床有效率、左心功能改善方面进行比较。结果:治疗组临床有效率85%,对照组临床有效率50%,差异显著;改善左心功能方面,治疗组治疗后心搏量、心输出量及射血分数均较治疗前明显提高,而对照组则无明显改善。结论:营养支持可改善心功能不全病人的营养状态,有利于心功能的恢复。
Objectives: To observe the role of parenteral nutrition in patients with chronic heart dysfunction. Methods: 36 cases of patients were divided into two groups.All patients received the regular therapy against heart dysfunction.Of them,20 cases were supported with parenteral nutrition.The other patients were as controls.The clinical effectiveness and indexes were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: The rate of clinical improvement was 85% in parenteral nutrition group,significantly different from that in the control group(50%).The SV,CO and EF of left heart were obviously increased after PN. Conclusions: Nutritional support is helpful to improve the heart function in chronic heart dysfunction pateints.
