摘要
由于资金的限制,配电网规划方案一般不能全部立即实施。文中提出了10 kV馈线改造项目迫切度的概念,以综合分析中压配电网规划指标不合格的情况。运用基于决策与实验评价实验室(DEMATEL)方法及交叉增援矩阵法的改进层次分析法进行迫切度计算,以馈线迫切度改善最大为目标函数,总项目投资等为约束条件,建立了配电网改造优化模型。实际算例表明文中方法可以使资金得到最大限度的使用,有效安排项目改造顺序。
Constrained by funding, distribution network planning is in general incapable of immediate implementation as a whole. The conception of reconstruction urgency degree is proposed for 10 kV feeder reconstruction to comprehensively analyze the situation of substandard medium voltage distribution network planning target. The advanced analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method and cross reinforcement matrix method is used to calculate the urgency degree. Taking the maximum of the total feeder reconstruction urgency degree variation as the objective function and the total project investment as the constraints, the model is developed for distribution network reconstruction and optimization. An actual example shows that with this method maximum use of funds and effective arrangement of project reconstruction sequence can be made.
