颞骨64排CT低剂量扫描及不同重建函数对图像质量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Function Convolution on Image Quality in Low-dose 64-Detector Computed Tomography of Petrous Bone

摘要 目的旨在评价不同重建函数的低剂量64排CT的颞骨图像质量。方法选取临床怀疑颞骨病变而来放射科行64排CT检查的患者63例并随机分为2组:重建函数为FC30组和FC81组,均以30 mA管电流进行扫描,其他扫描条件固定。双盲法测量各组重建图像的噪声、评价图像质量及各解剖结构的显示情况并进行统计学分析。结果随着管电流量的降低,各组图像噪声均增加,同一重建函数的轴位图像噪声大于冠状位图像噪声,FC30图像噪声低于FC81噪声,各组内以及组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而各组间图像评价和各解剖结构评分却无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论颞骨采用64排CT低剂量扫描后图像噪声增加,且重建函数和重建方向对图像噪声影响较大,但是图像质量和各解剖结构的显示能够满足诊断要求。 Objective To evaluate the image quality of the petrous bone using low-dose scans of 64-detector computer tomography with different function convolution(FC).Methods Totally 63 cases of the petrous bone examined by Toshiba Aquilion 64-detector CT were collected and divided into 2 groups(FC30 and FC81) randomly.Other scan parameters were fixed.The image noises and quality as well as the visualization of anatomical landmarks of the petrous bone were evaluated by two advanced radiologists with double-blind method.Results Following the reduction of the tube current,the image noise increased in both groups.There were significant statistical differences of image noise not only between the axial images and coronal images of the same FC but also the images of different FC(P 〈 0.05).Moreover,there were no statistical difference in the scores of image and anatomical landmarks between the two groups(P 〉 0.05).Conclusion The use of low-current protocol resulted in a significant increase in the image noise in petrous bone CT,which was also affected by FC,with the satisfied diagnostic results.
