摘要
目的:探讨HRCT在颞骨病变中的诊断价值。方法:通过回顾性分析51例颞骨病变的CT表现。结果:先天性小耳畸形及外耳道闭锁3例,中耳乳突炎33例,肿瘤及肿瘤样病变7例,颞骨骨折8例。结论:HRCT对颞骨病变的诊断有重要价值,对临床治疗及判断预后具有指导意义。
Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of the HRCT examination in the temporal bone diseases. Methods： Findings of HRCT imaging were retrospectively conducted on 51 patients with the temporal bone disease as confirmed by surgery and pathology or clinic. Results： There were diagnosis correctly all patients, include 3, 33, 7 and 8 cases with congenital microtia and atresia auris externa, middle ear otomastoiditis, tumor or tumor-like conditions and temporal bone fracture respectively. Conclusion： HRCT is the most important examination technique in the temporal bone diseases. It is contributive to clinical treatment and prognosis of decision.
