摘要
对蜂胶的抑菌防腐作用进行了研究,结果表明,一定浓度的蜂胶对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、啤酒酵母、黑曲霉具有一定的抑菌作用,其抑菌强弱的顺序为大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、啤酒酵母、黑曲霉。用10%蜂胶作天然防腐剂替代化学防腐剂而研制出王浆蜜的第2代产品“纯天然王浆蜜口服液”,在常温状态下经过18个月的保存期试验表明,该产品存放一年,不分层、不发苦、不长霉、不结晶,各项指标均达到质量标准。
The antimicrobial and antiseptic action of propolis was studied,and some conclusions were made.Propolis with a certain concentration could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Aspergillus niger in some degreeThe order of antimicrobial action from strong to weak is Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Aspergillus niger.Using 10 percent propolis as natural antiseptic instead of chemical antiseptic,the product of 2nd generationPure Natural Royal Jelly Oral Liquidcan be obtained.This product remains even,does not taste bitter,does not grow mould,does not crystallise and every guota reaches its standard of quality stored at room temperature within 18 months.
