摘要
采用多个抗氧化能力评价体系,包括清除DPPH?自由基、羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2ˉ.)体系,评价玉米须中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:玉米须黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性,对DPPH?自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的半清除率IC50分别为0.057 mg/mL、0.38 mg/mL和0.56 mg/mL。玉米须黄酮的浓度与其活性大小呈明显的量效关系。
The antioxidation activity of flavones in corn silk was evaluated,using various antioxidant assays,which included the scavenging on DPPH,hydroxyl radical system(·OH)and superoxide anion radical system(O2-·).Results showed that the flavones in corn silk had higher antioxidation activity.The half scavenging rate(IC50) of DPPH,hydroxyl radical system(·OH)and superoxide anion radical system(O2-·) were 0.057 mg/mL,0.38 mg/mL and 0.56 mg/mL.A significant positive correlation was found between the concentration of flavones in corn silk and its activity.
