摘要
针对职业素养培养的重点内容,阐述了职业素养的内涵及重要性,探索职业素养培养的途径。认为建立以就业为导向的高职院校职业素养教育体系,加强专业教学,营造良好的社会氛围,有助于培育具有企业文化特质的校园文化,帮助学生做好职业生涯规划。
The paper outlines the connotation and importance of professional accomplishment,with a clear focus on training of vocational quality,and explores the ways of vocational quality training.It holds that the establishment of employment oriented cultivation system needs to strengthen specialized education and create a good social context,which is helpful to foster a campus culture featuring a corporate culture and help students with a career plan.
