摘要
技术状态管理是随着型号研制的发展而形成的一种工程管理方法,是确保型号研制过程受控的重要手段。技术状态管理是将技术状态项目的功能特性和物理特性进行标识并形成文件,对这些文件的更改和实物产品的偏离和超差进行控制,对技术状态项目进行审核,对标识、控制、审核的情况进行记录和报告,并对这些工作进行技术和行政的指导、监督和管理的活动。
Technical state management is an engineering management way that evolves with the model developing,and is the major method which make sure that the model development processes are controllable.The technical state management will distinguish the functionality and physical property of the technical state items,form final documents,control modification of the document as well as the deviation and overproof of physical products.It can also verify the technical state items,keep the record of all the state of identification,control and examination,and then form the report.And finally,The technical state management has the functionality to guide,check and manage this technical work in administrative supervision.
