摘要
为了实现区域电网调度业务的规范化管理,对昆明地区供电局的DMIS系统进行了分析,包括系统构建、功能模块及应用以及系统的扩展性,并提出了进一步开发地区电网调度管理信息系统的建议,诸如满足调度自动化运行管理、事故预案管理、调度协议管理和保供电方案管理的需求。
In order to realize standardized management of power dispatching in the district power network,this paper anlyzes the DMIS system of Kunming Power Supply Bureau,including its system structure,function models and their application as well as system expansibility,and puts forward proposition of further developing the DMIS system to meet the need of managements such as dispatching automation operation,accident case in advance,dispatching protocol and power supply ensuring.
