摘要
利用D-101型大孔吸附树脂,采用分光光度法,对分离富集水溶性薯蓣皂甙的工艺参数及洗脱率的影响因素进行研究.结果表明:当吸附时间为2 h,洗脱乙醇浓度为70%时具有很好的分离富集效果.分离前总固物中黄姜薯蓣水溶性皂甙含量为13.1%,分离后总固物中黄姜薯蓣水溶性皂甙含量为27.3%,D—101大孔吸附树脂具有较大的吸附容量.
The effect of D-101 macroporous resin on separation and adsorption capacity of water-soluble saponins was studied by spectrophotometry. The results show that dioscin content was elevated from 13. 1% to 27. 3% with the condition of 70% ethanol and adsorbing 2 hours. D101 macroporous resin has better adsorption capacity.
