摘要
目的探讨干酪乳杆菌肽聚糖作为佐剂对禽流感疫苗的免疫协同作用。方法从干酪乳杆菌细胞壁提取肽聚糖,并将其与禽流感疫苗混合后致免小鸡。予加强免疫后,每周采样,连续6周。检测鸡血清中的HI抗体效价、IgG含量以及鸡脾脏中T淋巴细胞的转化率。同时与添加弗氏完全佐剂的禽流感疫苗组进行对比,观察其佐剂效应。结果注射干酪乳杆菌肽聚糖组鸡血清中HI抗体效价、IgG含量均显著提高,鸡脾脏中T淋巴细胞转化率也明显提高。结论干酪乳杆菌肽聚糖能增强机体相应的体液免疫应答和细胞免疫应答能力,具有良好的免疫佐剂效应。
Objective To identify the immune synergistic effect of lacbobaeillus easel peptidoglyean as adjuvant on avian influenza vaccination. Methods The peptidoglyean was obtained from cell wall of laebobaeillus easel and then mixed with avian influenza vaccination before being used to immune the chicks. After booster, the blood was sampled for six weeks to detect the antibody titer of H1, the content of IgG and the transformation efficiency of T lymphocyte in spleen of chicks. Meanwhile, we compared the test with avian influenza vaccination added Freundg complete adjuvant in order to determine its adjuvant effect. Results The antibody titer of HI, the content of IgG and the transformation efficiency of T lymphocyte in spleen of chicks was increased obviously in group of being injected laebobaeillus easel peptidoglyean. Conclusion Laebobacillus easel peptidoglycan has definite effect of immune adjuvant by enhancing both the cellular immune response and humoral immune response.
