痛风性关节炎的早期影像学表现 被引量：14

摘要 目的研究痛风性关节炎的早期影像学表现。方法回顾性分析19例经临床及病理证实的早期痛风性关节炎的X线、CT及MRI检查资料,分析总结其影像学表现。结果 17例关节偏侧性软组织肿胀(或结节),11例邻近骨髓腔水肿,9例关节腔少量积液,5例骨皮质略缺损或毛糙。结论多种影像技术联合,尤其是MRI检查的应用,可以敏感发现病变并提示临床进行相关检查,对于痛风早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。然而,痛风早期影像学表现缺乏特异性。
