摘要
眼球凝视是脑卒中患者的重要体征,其发生与忽视的发生密切相关,右侧大脑半球卒中较左侧更容易发生眼球凝视,眼球凝视的出现与脑卒中患者的预后不良密切相关。眼球凝视的出现常常在影像学表现异常之前,因此临床医生需重视这一体征,有助于诊断,改善预后。
Conjugate eye deviation（CED）,which has a close relation with neglect,is an important characteristic sign of patients with hemispheric stroke.CED was more frequent in right hemispheric stroke than in left hemispheric stroke.CED was associated with poor outcome.The emergence of conjugate eye deviation is often before the imaging abnormalities.Clinicians should pay attention to the sign,which helps to diagnose and avert these complications.
