应用蚕豆根尖微核试验测定维生素C的抑突变性

摘要 目的:了解水果蔬菜中维生素C的抑突变性。方法:应用荧光法测定水果、蔬菜中维生素C的含量,蚕豆根尖微核技术检验维生素C的抑突变性。结果:9种水果蔬菜的维生素C含量为(39.19±29.65)mg/100 g,蚕豆根尖微核率(MCN‰)与阳性对照比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水果、蔬菜中的维生素C对诱变中的蚕豆根尖细胞有一定的抑突变性,且抑制细胞突变与水果、蔬菜中维生素C的含量有剂量—效应关系。维生素C越高,抑突变的效应越明显。 Objective:To investigate the anti-mutation effect of vitamin C in fruits and vegetables.Methods:The content of vitamin C in fruits and vegetables were measured by fluorescence array,anti-mutation effect of vitamin C were assessed by micronucleus test in vicia faba root tip.Results:The content of vitamin C in nine kinds of fruits and vegetables was 39.19±29.65 mg/100g.There was statistic difference(P0.05)between each group and positive control group in micronucleus rate of vicia faba root tip.Conclusion:There was an anti-mutation effect of vitamin C from fruit and vegetables in suppression vicia faba root tip cellular mutation,and this anti-effect would increase in a dose-dependent manner.
