摘要
丰满水电站于１９３７ 年开始建设， １９４３ 年第１ 台机组发电， １９４５ 年完成混凝土浇筑量的８９ ％ ， １９５３ 年完成续建改建工程。丰满大坝由于始建于３０ 年代， 存在问题较多， 如防洪标准低， 抗震能力不够， 坝体混凝土质量差、老化严重等。针对存在的诸多问题， 对大坝采取了溢流面修补， 上下游坝面外包钢筋混凝土， 坝顶加高，预应力锚索加固， 坝体防渗灌浆与排水等综合修复加固措施。以上工程措施已于１９９７ 年完成并通过竣工验收，效果显著， 从而消除了大坝的主要病害， 保证了大坝安全稳定运行。
The Fengman Hydropower Station started to be builtin 1937 . Its first generating unit was put into operation in 1943 .89 % of con crete pouring volume were competed in 1945 . It’s extended and reconstructed works were completed in 1953 . Because it started to be builtsince 1930s ,the Fengman dam remains many problems such as low flood control stangard ,inadrquate earthquake resistant capacity ,poor con crete quality of dam body ,serious ageing , etc . To counter these problems ,the following comprehensive repair and reinforcement measures forthe dam have been taken : repairing the overflow surface , covering the reinforced concrete on the downstream and upstream dam surfaces ,heightening the dam crest , using the pre - stressed anchor cable to strengthen the dam , adopting seepage grouting and drainage in the dambody . All the above engineering measure were completed in 1997 and passed the final acceptance . These measures have reached obvious effec tiveness ,removed the main dangers of the dam and guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the dam .
