摘要
根据复杂产品的质量特性构成特点,提出质量结构模型来表征复杂产品的质量特征,并基于产品的质量结构,将田口容差设计思想引入具有复杂质量结构的产品容差设计中来,以方差分析为工具确定各部件质量波动对最终产品稳健性的重要程度,在综合考虑产品制造成本和质量水平的条件下确定最佳参数组合方案中各参数的容差,从而完成了容差设计过程,并以实例验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
According to the quality characteristics of complex products,a quality structure model is proposed to represent the quality charateristics of complex products.Based on the quality structure,Taguchi's tolerance design philosophy is introduced to the tolerance design of products with complex quality structure,and ANOVA is used to determine the degree of importance of components' quality variation to the resultant products' robustness.The tolerances of various parameters under the best parameter combination program is determined when both manufacturing cost and quality level are considered.Thus tolerance design is finished and an example is finally given to verify the feasibility and validity of the poposed method.
