摘要
产品的设计对产品的质量与成本起着非常重要的作用。一个完整的产品设计可以分为三个阶段，即系统设计、参数设计和容差设计。本文通过对产品生产性的分析，指出产品设计的过程就是对产品生产性进行优化的过程。通过对三次设计空间优化过程映射机理的分析，导出了三次设计之间的函数关系，阐明了系统设计对产品生产性所起的决定性作用。
Design plays a very important role in determining product′s quality and cost.A whole design process can be divided into three phases known as system design,parameter design and tolerance design.In this paper,the processes of product design are regarded as the optimization processes of productivity loss.By analyzing the mapping mechanism of the three design phases,the functional relationship between them is derived.By expressing the relationship between system design and productivity loss,this paper makes it clear that it is the system design that exerts the decisive effect on the product′s productivity loss.
