摘要
目的建立包括微支抗种植体的下颌骨、下颌牙列、颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint,TMJ)的三维有限元模型,为TMJ及微种植体力学分析做准备。方法 2009年10月至2010年8月于佳木斯大学口腔医学院对正常志愿者行多层螺旋CT扫描,提取下颌骨及牙齿数据,利用Mimics、Hypermesh9.0等软件建立微种植体、下颌骨、TMJ三维模型并进行装配。结果建立TMJ、带有微种植体的下颌骨、下颌牙列的三维有限元模型,可根据研究目的增减部件及加载分析。结论所建三维有限元模型具有较好的几何相似性和生物力学相似性。
Objective To construct the 3D finite element model of the mandibular with micro-implant,mandibular dentition and temporomandibular joint(TMJ)and to prepare for the mechanical analysis of TMJ and micro-implant. Methods The data of mandibular and teeth were obtained by CT scaning of the healthy volunteers,and the micro-implant,mandibular and TMJ 3D finite element model were established by Mimics and Hypermesh9.0 software from October 2009 to August 2010 in the School of Stomatology,Jiamusi University. Results Establishing the 3D finite element model of the TMJ,mandible with micro implant dimensional and mandibular dentition could change in components and load according to the research. Conclusion The finite element model has good geometric similarity and biomechanical similarity.
