Buck技术结合椎弓根螺钉椎板钩系统修复合并椎间盘突出的青少年腰椎峡部裂1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 峡部裂多以腰背痛为主要临床表现,峡部骨折处亦可因骨性神经根管狭窄而出现下肢放射痛,根管骨性减压后行峡部直接修复固定相对多见;而椎间盘突出导致神经根性痛,椎间盘切除后行峡部修复者,尚未见文献报道。我科于2009年10月收治1例青少年腰椎峡部裂患者,L5双侧峡部裂合并L5-S1椎间盘突出及L4-5椎间盘退变,在突出椎间盘行有限椎间盘切除后行峡部裂Buck螺钉峡部固定、椎弓根螺钉椎板钩强化,峡部异体骨植骨修复,术后短期疗效满意,现报告如下。
