摘要
〔目的〕了解在京居留外籍人员对艾滋病相关知识知晓程度、行为情况,为开展宣传教育、健康干预提供科学依据。〔方法〕对2023名在京居留外籍人员进行艾滋病相关知识、行为问卷调查。〔结果〕在京居留外籍人员知识知晓率不高,为72.6%,女性比男性、低龄比高龄、未婚比已婚、亚洲地区比其他地区知晓率低;有高危性行为发生,临时、商业、同性性行为分别占5.59%、0.98%、1.18%;无论正常或高危性行为,安全套使用频率较低。〔结论〕全面开展艾滋病相关知识宣传教育、对重点人群进行行为干预。
Objective To understand the condition of AIDS knowledge and behavior of resident foreigners in Beijing,and to carry out publicity and education,health interventions for decision reference.Method The survey for AIDS knowledge and behavior was performed among 2 023 long-term resident foreigners in Beijing.Result The overall AIDS awareness rate of long-term resident foreigners in Beijing was not high,only 72.6%,Awareness of AIDS knowledge of the women,younger,unmarried ones was lower than that of the men,senior,married,the AIDS knowledge awareness in Asian region was the lowest all over the world.The high-risk sexual behavior occurred,a temporary act or commercial sexual behavior,homosexual behavior accounted for 5.59%,0.98%,and 1.18%,respectively.For the condom use condition,whether normal or high-risk sexual behavior population,the frequency of condom use was low.Conclusion It is important to carry out comprehensive and systematic health education and health interventions to prevent AIDS.
