同种异体骨髓基质干细胞辅助骨软骨镶嵌成形术修复骨软骨缺损的研究进展

摘要 组织工程学和自体骨软骨镶嵌移植成形术(Mosaicplasty)是近年来在治疗关节软骨缺损中涌现出的新的治疗方法,两者的治疗效果各有千秋,却也有不尽完美之处。组织工程的种子细胞由软骨细胞发展到自体骨髓基质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs),但细胞培养的“时间窗”却没有改变。
