摘要
应用磁场和磁化水对蕃茄种子和幼苗进行处理,探讨了磁对植物苗期根系所产生的影响。试验证实,磁处理以后根尖分生区长度增大,分生细胞增多,成熟区细胞层次多,维管组织发达,侧根数目也显著增多,同时幼根表面积吸收增大,根系活力增强。通过对过氧化物酶的测定表明,磁处理有降低过氧化物酶活性的作用。
The effect of magnetic treatment on tomato root at its seedling stage is studied by means of treating the seed with 1000±20GS magnetic field intensity for 15 min or soaking the seed and culturing it with 1000±20GS magnetized Knop culture solution on Lycopersicom esculentum. The results showed that the length of meristem zone and meris- termatic cell in the root opex increased and cell density(or layer), vascular tissue and the number of lateral root in maturation region also increased. In the meantime, the absorption of the surface area of the young root and the activity of the root system were strengthened. The experiment also showed that the peroxidase activity was decreased after magnetic treatment.
