摘要
HIRFL-CSR vacuum control system was established in 2005, the system can be used to remotely monitor and control the vacuum equipment via 4-wire Rs485 series bus over network. The system is a distributed system with intelligent controller-VAC400 which is connected to the vacuum equipment to be controlled. Every four VAC400 as a group is connected to a network gateway module which plays as RS485/ TCP protocol converter and then connected to Control Intranet. All the vacuum equipment's status and value can be seen in the central control room and sent to CSR-database center automatically at the
