摘要
随着大众化高等教育时代的来临,高校学生思想政治工作面临严峻考验。本文结合学院自身情况,分析了当前我院辅导员工作现状及辅导员的工作重心,旨在更好地做好新时期我院的辅导员工作。
with the forthcoming of popular higher education times,there are many severe tests to be faced in ideological and political work in collegesuniversities.combining with proper conditions in our college,This article analyzes the current situation and focus of political coach work in our college,so as to do the work well in the new period.
