摘要
科学合理的分析当前哈体院在校生中"三特生"的组成及行为特点,对于辅导员做好"后进生"工作意义重大,通过分析"三特生"学生群体,有针对性的提出了一些"三特生"的教育方法、原则和对策。希望能够为学院的"三特生"工作提供有意义的借鉴。
It is great meaning for the political coaches of Harbin Institute of Physical Education（HIQE） by analyzing the consist and behavior characterist of ＂three special students＂ of HIPE.This paper analyzed the group of ＂three special students＂ of HIPE.Then giving some education methods 、education principle and education counterplan.The author wish to give some help for the political coaches of HIPE.
