摘要
通过查阅大量相关教练员方面的论文和书籍,进一步论证只有高水平的教练员,才能训练出高水平的运动队。运动成绩的高低折射着教练员水平的优劣。一个高水平的教练员必须具备较好的综合能力,在竞赛中才能取得优秀的成绩。通过分析论证,为今后专业队评价和聘用教练员提供理论依据。
Through consulting massive papers and the books of coach,further prove the coach which only has the high level,can train the high level team.The sports performance reflects the ability of coach.A high level coach who has the synthesizing capacity,can obtain the outstanding result in the competition.After the analysis,this papar will appraise and hires the next specialized team to provide the theory basis for coaches.
